Lab Supervisor   Job Summary     Under  the  supervision  of  the  Practice  Manager,  the  Lab  Supervisor  is  responsible  for   the overall  operation  and  administration  of  the  laboratory,  including  the  employment  of personnel  who  are  competent  to  perform  test  procedures  and  record  and  report  test results  promptly  accurately,  and  proficiently  and  for  assuring  compliance  with  the applicable  regulation.     Responsibilities:   As  a  member  of  our  multidisciplinary  team,  the  Lab  Supervisor  is  responsible  for the  overall  operation,  leadership,  direction  and  administration  of  the  laboratory  in accordance  with  Federal  Regulations  governing  clinical  laboratories. Senior Medicare Account Representative   The Medicare Account Representative will be responsible for increasing membership through direct sales and marketing of Molina Medicare products to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients within approved market areas to achieve stated revenue, profitability and retention goals, while following ethical sales practices and adhering to established policies and procedures.  Will also be responsible for the development and management of provider, community and partnership relationships, growth campaigns and tracking.   ·         Develop sales strategies to procure sufficient number of referrals and other self-generated leads to meet sales targets through active participation in community events and targeted community outreach to senior/disabled group associations, community centers, resource centers, residences and other potential marketing sites.
